Planning your extension/project has two stages:

Planning Permission
Preperation of scaled floor plans and elevation drawings:
Once we have established all of your requirements on how you would like to improve your home, we will design and draw floor plans and elevations of your home from how it looks now to how we think we can best improve it with yours and our ideas we can improve your home. Once we have designed and drawn your plans to scale we will get them approved by you and on your behalf we can complete the entire planning application for you.
Building Regulations
Building regulations approval is a separate process from obtaining planning permission for your extension / project it is extremely important to ensure that your extension / project is approved in both planning and building regulations.
